I really hope you will enjoy this release, and give it a try.
For the people who are waiting an AS3 version, I’m now ready to port Sandy in the next few months :)

Have fun
Thomas PFEIFFER / Kiroukou

[1] Expect the final version to be released very soon when a few functionalities and the documentation will be completed. This new version is not completely compatible with the 0.2, but the API changes are smalls, so the port should be easy to do.

[2] From now you are allowed to use freely Sandy in your commercial projects. This decision was a bit hard to take, but I know that most of you people are honest, and if you are using it in a commercial project, you will make a contribution via the paypal account I’ll set up very soon :)

    Hi

I need to develop a simple textured cube in flash using sandy 3D api. Is it possible to provide example. Also is it true that texturing a cube requires Flash 8, because I was using Flash 7 and it gave me an error saying BitmapData class cannot be loaded, even though I have put all the libraries in the right place. I am able to rotate the cube but I am not able to texture it. Can any one better suggest it using an example.

Also i want to let you know that you people are doing a gr8 job creating the API. Keep it up
